Delete your Celeem account
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your Celeem account and the data associated with it, subject only to limited records we must keep for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Sign in to Celeem.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email us from the address connected to your Celeem account. Use the subject Delete my Celeem account. Include no password or payment-card information.

- your stored logo and optional custom background; and
- other account content controlled by Dealer Canvas LLC.
Temporary car photos sent for processing are not intentionally retained after processing. Finished images saved on your phone are controlled by you and are not removed from the phone when the account is deleted.
Timing and limited exceptions
We normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual encrypted backups, if any, expire on their normal cycle, generally within 90 days. We may retain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records when required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes. Those records are restricted to those purposes.
We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion. If you cannot access the registered email, explain that in your request and we will provide an alternative verification process.
